Denise Effenberg, Managing Director
Denise is passionate about Teleleads, telemarketing and selling. An Affiliate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a Fellow of the Institute of Sales & Marketing and member of the Institute of Directors, she is also a Graduate in French and on leaving University, started work in sales and business development in the magazine distribution industry before moving into the software sales arena.
Denise started Teleleads in 2004 with the belief that there was a gap in the market place for a professional, results driven Telemarketing company that could work on complex briefs and deliver quality driven results.
Sam Heighes
Sam is exceptionally well organised and has strong account management skills. She keeps the sales people she works for motivated and on time for their meetings. Sam has been working with Teleleads for 5 years plus and is becoming increasingly involved in business development and account management.
Sam has come from an insurance company background working in sales and marketing and is indispensable to the team.
Victoria Granger
Victoria takes great pride in delivering the best service to her clients. She has strong account management skills which suits the accounts she works on.
She has extensive telemarketing experience within the travel industry. Victoria successfully manages a large number of sales people.
Luke Gee
Luke recently graduated from Southampton Solent University with a degree in Business Management with Entrepreneurship.
Luke is highly flexible and adaptable. He works well on all types of projects and is a good communicator.
Lynne Mair
Lynne is exceptionally customer focused and well organised and successfully makes appointments for one of our largest client accounts. Her calm and cheerful approach enable her to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Lynne comes from a strong sales background primarily selling sporting pursuits to retailers.
Nicki Figgins
Nicki has worked in a sales environment since graduating in English and Classical Studies, Literature and Language. Her telesales background includes selling in the publishing arena, charity sector and recruitment.
She is highly focused, organised and sales driven.
Cheryl Swanston
Cheryl comes from a telemarketing background with strong experience of selling IT Training within the UK.
She enjoys working across a variety of projects and thrives on the challenge of delivering results. Her strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and passion for client care make Cheryl a valuable part of the team.
Hayley Radcliffe
Hayley joined the team after moving to Hampshire from Chester and her experience within the sales environment includes marketing, telesales and face to face selling.Hayley is highly focused and proactive in her approach and has the ability to work on various types of projects. She has a confident telephone approach and works well pitching to senior levels on the most complex of briefs.
She is also good at developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Tara Wingrave Newell
Tara was Teleleads first employee. Tara's strengths lie in selling across a portfolio of services and products and she particularly enjoys working on software projects and enjoys the relationship building aspect to telemarketing.
Tara comes from an IT recruitment and advertising background.
William Rice
William is the newest member of our team and is enjoying the challenges presented to him.
He brings with him experience working as an event co-ordinator internationally.
Natasha Potter
Natasha works in an administrative function and is exceptionally well organised with good attention to detail.
She is a valuable member of the team and willing to lend a hand whenever required.
